Job Description
As a Customer Contact Centre Agent for Qatar Airways, you’ll be the front line of our customer service, offering solutions and enhancing our customers’ experience via phone, email, and live chat. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls efficiently, providing ticket reservations, modifications, and fare quotations.
- Engage in up-selling and cross-selling of Qatar Airways products.
- Process refunds and support E-commerce activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Training and Development
Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training, including 5 weeks of classroom learning and 4 weeks of on-the-job training using the Amadeus system.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related customer service experience.
- Experience with GDS systems, especially Amadeus, preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
