Programme Overview:
The Packaging Technical Trainee Programme is an 18-month structured programme designed to equip graduates with technical skills and experience. The programme familiarizes trainees with our company’s culture and principles, ensuring that they are ready to take on immediate responsibilities upon completion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Gain comprehensive knowledge of Utilities equipment theory, principles, and operations within the Brewery.

Participate in Utilities projects aligned with programme requirements and brewery priorities.

Apply VPO principles.

Diagnose and troubleshoot systemic and situational problems.

Engage in Utilities team structures, including taking on identified leadership roles.

Communicate learnings and solutions across various business levels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum BSc or B-Tech Qualification in Mechanical/Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of Utilities Experience is advantageous.
