Key Purpose
The Technical Trainee programme is an 18-month structured program designed to provide graduates with technical skills and experience while familiarizing them with the company’s culture and principles. Successful completion of the program ensures immediate allocation of responsibilities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive understanding of the theory, principles, and operation of Utilities equipment across the Brewery through a hands-on, self-study program
- Participate in projects aligned with program requirements and brewery priorities
- Apply VPO principles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot systemic and situational problems
- Engage in Utilities team structures, including acting roles in identified leadership positions
- Communicate learnings and solutions across various business levels
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum BSc or B-Tech Qualification in Mechanical/Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of Utilities experience (advantageous)
