Role Purpose

To deliver service excellence through customer engagement, efficient point-of-sale (POS) operations, cash handling, merchandising, and store support—ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash safely.
• Promote and enroll customers into the Clicks ClubCard loyalty program.
• Drive sales by highlighting promotions and special offers.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain merchandising and store housekeeping to company standards.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and store events.

• Ability to follow procedures and deliver results

Desirable:

• Retail/FMCG sales or cashiering experience
• Merchandising knowledge

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
  • Desirable: 50% in Maths and English
• Experience: Previous retail/FMCG or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential.
