🎯 Purpose of the Learnerships

To participate in and complete the Learnership programme in the designated field of expertise. These 12-month programmes combine theoretical learning (aligned with an NQF qualification) and practical on-site work experience, designed to equip entry-level learners with essential workplace skills.
