Job Summary As a Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you will oversee the overall operations and management of the restaurant. Your primary goals will include ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales and profitability targets, and maintaining a positive work environment for the restaurant team. You will lead a team of employees and actively engage in driving business growth while maintaining KFC’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain CHAMPS Standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product, Speed of Service)
- Efficiently run shifts to boost sales, operational efficiency, and profits
- Determine staffing needs, create schedules, and control labor costs
- Implement safety measures and comprehensive training programs for staff development
- Manage costs and direct activities to meet financial targets
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food regulations
- Recruit, hire, and train staff; manage work hours and payroll
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and handle transactions accurately
- Secure premises at closing and ensure proper procedures are followed
Requirements
- Matric
- English proficiency
- Clear criminal record
