The learnership provides both theoretical knowledge and hands-on banking experience, equipping participants with technical skills, FAIS accreditation, and customer service expertise needed to thrive in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Personal, Prestige, and Private Banking.
• Assist clients with everyday banking services such as opening accounts, retrieving statements, and debit order queries.
• Develop strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs while adhering to compliance and product guidelines.
• Acquire practical experience in transaction processing, financial solutions, and customer relationship management.
• Learn professional workplace behaviours, including digital etiquette, telephone and email communication, and teamwork.
• Complete an occupational qualification in Banking, ensuring a solid foundation in financial and regulatory frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in any field (Bachelor’s Degree).
