Requirements
- Basic literacy skills
- Good verbal communication
- No criminal record
- Physically fit and able-bodied
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
Key Performance Areas
- Control and stop traffic to ensure pedestrian safety
- Assist physically challenged individuals and others needing help to cross roads safely
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, start, and end times
- Activate pedestrian signals when necessary
- Manage training, skills development, and knowledge transfer
- Perform general operational tasks as required
