The Learner role is a developmental position that allows persons to acquire a formal, certified qualification while gaining practical work experience.

The Learner is expected to meet all of the qualification’s requirements, with further work-related training available as needed.

Responsibilities:

▪︎ The incumbent will execute tasks aligned with predefined work objectives, including research, analysis, administration, process, and project work.
▪︎ The incumbent must fulfill all the requirements of the formal, registered qualification being pursued.

▪︎ Ensure operational excellence by delivering work processes according to defined quality standards.

▪︎ Apply learning experiences to optimize work processes and contribute to personal and professional development.
▪︎ Deliver customer service in adherence to quality service standards.
▪︎ Contribute to teamwork within the business to achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

▪︎ The incumbent must have completed Grade 12 (High School Diploma) or its equivalent.
