JOB DESCRIPTION:
Response Center Operators are in charge of making sure Namola fulfills its promise to users, to #GetHelpFast. The first person people should contact in an emergency is an operator. When a user calls for assistance, the Response Center Operator has an obligation to return their call, assess their situation professionally and calmly, arrange emergency response services, and provide first aid until assistance comes and the immediate threat has passed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Make that the goals for customer service are met
. Acknowledge and adress client concerns as thoroughly as you can at the outset of communication
.As a Namola brand ambassador ,you will manage the brand’s influence and cultivate a favorable perception among consumers
.Make sure that problems that are not resolved during the initial contact or services that are compromised are escalated in accordance with the established procedures
.Respect the established Namola business procedures and processes.
.To provide a flawless client experience at every point of contact,review and accept any changes pertaining to both new and current products,systems,and procedures.
.Assist consumers with their product system,and process expertise by utilizing pertinent tools.
.Make certain that all contracted KPIs are delivered consistently.
.Fulfill the specified requirements for service quality.
.Act as the person that people contact first in an emergency,guaranteeing that help is provided quickly and effectively.
.When a user calls you back for assistance,please return their call in a cool,collected manner.
.Examine consumers’ circumstances calmly and professionally,obtaining the data required to determine the severity of the situation.
.To guarantee that aid is given in a timely manner,coordinate and communicate with the proper emergency response agencies.
.Provide users with first-line support until assistance shows up and the immediate threat is dealt with.
.Uphold a strong sense of dedication to Namola’s goals of advancing social justice and improving communities.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Matric or Equivalant
. 1-2 years customer service experience
. Must be able to work a 12-hour day and night shifts.
