Messenger (Driver)

Requirements
- Education: Grade 10 or ABET qualification
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a messenger (preferred)
- Licenses:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Public Driver Permit (PDP) (preferred)
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Good interpersonal skills, work ethics, and responsibility
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, deliver, and distribute mail and packages to various offices and destinations
- Collect mail bags from the Post Office and handle outgoing mail
- Transport officials to required destinations as needed
- Maintain a register of all mail distribution, ensuring secure handling and safeguarding of correspondence
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of court vehicles
- Support the court by managing all messenger duties
