Overview:
Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) is inviting applications from recently qualified graduates to join its Graduate Development Programme (GDP). This programme provides participants with practical experience, mentorship, and a chance to secure future employment within MBSA.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must:

  • Be recent graduates (within the last three years).
  • Hold a National Diploma/Degree or relevant Tertiary qualification.
  • Be South African citizens or permanent residents.
  • Have an average pass mark of 65% or higher (advantageous).
  • Have completed their qualification.

Preferred Fields of Study:

MBSA is seeking graduates with qualifications in:

  • Information Technology or Computer Sciences
  • Accounting or Financial Management (with majors in Taxation)
  • Business Management (Business Processes, Project Management, or Business Administration)
  • Human Resources
  • Marketing Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Data Science and Analytics
