Learnership Programme Overview

Our learnership programmes combine on-the-job learning with structured institutional learning. We offer learnerships in the following fields:

• Mechanical Fitter
• Instrument Mechanic
• Electrician
• Chemical Plant Operator
• Boilermaker
• Welder

Minimum Requirements

• Completed National Senior Certificate or equivalent
• Passed Technical Mathematics/Mathematics SG/HG
• Passed English/Business English SG/HG
• Passed Technical/Physical Science SG/HG

Core Elements

• Participate in the Learnership programme and successfully complete the assessment process.
• Engage in all required workplace readiness activities and exercises.
