• Salary: R85,620 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of benefits.

🟢 Requirements

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
• Computer literate and accurate.
• Recommendation/nomination as an ICCV by a community organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Batho Pele principles.
• Assertive and able to work under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Advantageous: Driver’s license.
• Preference: Given to applicants residing near the correctional centre they are applying for.

📝 Duties

• Conduct site visits and report on urgent matters.
• Interview and consult with inmates and officials regarding complaints.
• Receive and capture complaints/requests in a database.
• Open and maintain case files; follow up on outstanding complaints.
• Submit monthly reports and provide statistical analysis of complaints.
• Attend to enquiries and carry out instructions from supervisors.
