INDEPENDENT CORRECTIONAL CENTRE VISITOR (DATA CAPTURER)

Contract Duration: 36 Months
Salary: R75 837 per annum (3/8th, Level 05) + 37% in lieu of benefits.
Location: Centurion (Northern Management Region)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
- Computer literacy and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Public-spirited with a sound knowledge of the Batho Pele principles.
- Assertive and able to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
DUTIES:
- Receiving and capturing all complaints/requests on the database.
- Opening and maintaining case files.
- Following up on outstanding complaints.
- Submitting monthly reports.
- Providing statistical analysis of all complaints received.
- Attending to enquiries.
- Performing ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the supervisor.
