Forklift and Reach Truck Driver – TFG Logistics Midrand DC

Job Description:

Position: Forklift and Reach Truck Driver
Location: Midrand Distribution Centre, Gauteng, South Africa
Availability: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient handling of raw materials through Put-Away, Cycle Counting, and Picking.

Safely load and unload stock, adhering to Health and Safety standards.

Utilize an Order Picker for safe and efficient stock transportation within the DC.

Maintain accurate DC inventory records.

Organize stock for shipment in a tidy and orderly manner, including containerizing and palletizing.

Uphold rack stock standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Perform maintenance on Order Pickers and report any discrepancies or damages promptly.

Participate in other distribution-related activities as directed by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Grade 12 (Matric) required.

Valid Hyster Driver’s license for an Order Picker.

At least 2 years of experience in a Distribution Centre, including 1 year as a Hyster Driver.
