Job Description

The Learner role is a development position where the incumbent will complete a formal, registered qualification while gaining work experience. During employment, the Learner will deliver tasks to execute predefined work objectives, such as research, analysis, administration, process, and project work that add value to the business area. The Learner must fulfil all qualification requirements. Additional work-related training will be provided as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs.

Demonstrate cost awareness and understand personal contributions to costs.

Increase knowledge of financial processes and adhere to required operating standards.

Follow the Organisation’s shared values, service standards, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) outcomes in customer interactions.

Resolve customer complaints and take ownership of problems. Communicate with customers according to agreed standards.

Collect customer feedback to improve service.

Ensure product knowledge and advice are technically accurate.

Work with enhanced processes to maintain operational efficiency.

Maintain quality standards.

Adhere to Company policies and procedures. Keep accurate activity reports.

Explore innovative ways to optimise processes.

Help align business processes with customer service.

Advise management on potential process and system improvements.
