About the Programme

The PB&A Graduate Programme 2026 is a prestigious initiative designed for top graduates in finance, investments, accounting, and economics who aspire to become future leaders in private banking and wealth management.

This contract-based programme combines on-the-job training with real-world financial exposure, preparing graduates to serve and advise high-net-worth clients as professional Private Advisors.

Graduates will:

• Participate in meetings, mentorship, and research projects to gain hands-on business experience.
• Develop expertise in wealth management, financial planning, estate planning, and investment strategy.
• Be assessed throughout the programme, with top achievers offered permanent roles within the bank.

Minimum Requirements

• FAIS-accredited qualification:
  • NQF Level 7 Undergraduate or
  • NQF Level 8 Postgraduate.
• Relevant fields: BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics.
• Credit record check required (per National Credit Act).
• Applicants must reside in or around the designated locations (see below).

• North West: Vryburg, Klerksdorp
• Limpopo: Polokwane, Tzaneen
• Mpumalanga: Nelspruit, Secunda, Highveld & Lowveld areas
• KwaZulu-Natal: Durban
• Western Cape & Eastern Cape: Cape Town, East London, Gqeberha, George

  • 31 August 2025 – KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape & Eastern Cape
  • 30 September 2025 – Western Cape & Eastern Cape (extension)
  • 28 November 2025 – Sandton (Gauteng)
• Final closing date: 30 November 2025
