About the Role

Boeing is seeking a skilled Flight Line AGE Driver to join the F-15QA Program team at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
In this role, you will operate and manage Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) essential to daily flight line and aircraft maintenance operations. You’ll support sortie generation by ensuring timely and safe delivery, positioning, and removal of AGE assets across various operational areas.

This is a critical hands-on position supporting the maintenance and readiness of Boeing’s advanced fighter aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) such as power carts, air conditioners, hydraulic test stands, and other flight line tools.
• Transport and position AGE assets to designated aircraft and maintenance areas.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections on vehicles and equipment, documenting and reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate logs for equipment movement, usage, and serviceability.
• Monitor Hazardous Waste Disposal areas and ensure compliance with local and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with production supervisors, expediters, and maintenance teams to meet mission requirements.
• Support sortie generation schedules and ensure timely AGE availability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support flight line and squadron operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in operating Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) in a flight line or military aviation environment.
• Ability and willingness to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as mission requirements demand.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Ability to perform Cross Utilization Training (CUT) across related ground support functions.
• Prior experience supporting fighter aircraft operations in a deployed or international setting.

• Location: Al Udeid, Qatar (on-site role)
• Shift: Variable / shift work required
