Opportunities: The learnership program offers practical training in the following trades:
- Electrician
- Boilermaker
- Measurement Control & Instrumentation
Qualifications: Candidates must possess:
A Matric certificate with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English (40% minimum pass in each).
N2 or higher qualification with relevant subjects per specific discipline requirements.
NCV Level-4 in a relevant trade, with a minimum 40% pass in all subjects.
Trade Test Requirements include a minimum of N2 Subjects/certificate in Mathematics, Engineering Science, relevant Trade Theory, and either Industrial Electronics, Engineering Drawings, or Plating Structural Drawings.
Application Process: Submit your CV, ID copy, certified qualifications, and Proof of Residence (stamped by tribal office or municipality). Applications can be made directly to relevant Platinum Operations. Only applicants from local communities with proof of residence will be considered.
Background Checks: Consent for personal details and fingerprints to be used for background screening is a part of the application process.
