Requirements:
- Grade 10 qualification.
- 7–12 months of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
- Knowledge of motor vehicle operation procedures, including trip authorities, logbook completion, and obtaining consumables (e.g., fuel).
- Familiarity with motor vehicle usage guidelines and maintenance procedures.
- Understanding of messenger functions and routine office support tasks (e.g., registry, photocopying).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive light and medium vehicles to transport passengers and deliver items.
- Perform routine maintenance on allocated vehicles and report defects.
- Complete all vehicle-related records and logbooks accurately.
- Provide clerical support, including messenger services, in the office.
