Requirements:

  • Grade 10 qualification.
  • 7–12 months of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of motor vehicle operation procedures, including trip authorities, logbook completion, and obtaining consumables (e.g., fuel).
  • Familiarity with motor vehicle usage guidelines and maintenance procedures.
  • Understanding of messenger functions and routine office support tasks (e.g., registry, photocopying).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive light and medium vehicles to transport passengers and deliver items.
  • Perform routine maintenance on allocated vehicles and report defects.
  • Complete all vehicle-related records and logbooks accurately.
  • Provide clerical support, including messenger services, in the office.
