About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Driver to join our team in Gauteng. This role involves coordinating transportation for employees and guests, delivering packages, and ensuring the proper maintenance of company vehicles. Key Performance Areas:

Coordination:

• Transport employees and guests to and from the office, airport, and other locations.
• Deliver packages and documents promptly and securely.
• Maintain company vehicles in excellent condition and conduct regular inspections.
• Report any vehicle damages to the Transport and Facilities Manager immediately.
• Respond to transport requests from employees in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with other drivers and provide necessary details.
• Assist with transport-related issues in the absence of the manager.

Administration:

• Ensure company vehicles are refueled and in proper running order.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and log all trips.
• Submit expenses for financial reconciliations.
• Monitor and manage vehicle service intervals.
• Drop off and collect company vehicles from suppliers as needed.
• Complete incident reports and obtain case numbers for accidents to facilitate insurance claims.

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s licence and/or PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
