DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND LABOUR

EMPLOYMENT EQUITY:

    • Pre-entry practical exercise: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a skills assessment.
    • Personnel suitability checks: Criminal record, citizenship, credit history, qualification, and employment verification.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 OR 3-year tertiary qualification (NQF 6/7) in Public Management/Social Science/OHS/Finance/HRM.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Compensation/Medical Claims processing.
  • Knowledge: COID policies, Medical terminology, PFMA, Treasury Regulations.
  • Skills: Numeracy, Business writing, IT proficiency, Communication, Data Capturing.

DUTIES:

  • Handle claims registration.
  • Prepare claims for adjudication.
  • Process medical claims.
  • Perform administrative duties.

  • Provide administrative support.
