About the Role
Right to Care is recruiting Data Capturers across Mpumalanga’s Gert Sibande and Nkangala Districts to support HIV/AIDS programs and healthcare data management. These short-term contract roles involve accurate data capturing, cleaning, and reporting within clinic and district health facilities.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring the reliability of patient information systems that guide critical health interventions.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture and update HIV patient data accurately using the LYNX App.
- Meet daily data capture and quality targets.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Compile daily Blitz Reports and assist with data cleaning.
- Contribute to PEPFAR, DoH, and other health program reports.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance data quality and technical skills.
- Support M&E officers, senior data capturers, or clerks as required during staff shortages or reporting deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- Post-matric certificate in Computer Literacy (including Excel) or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of HIV/AIDS data and confidentiality protocols.
- At least 1 year of data capturing experience.
Desirable Qualifications
- Post-matric diploma in Computer Literacy or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in data capturing or health data systems.
