Job Description
As a Data Capturer, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing reported data against Compliance Assessment Reports.
- Determining compliant work opportunities.
- Verifying the ownership of submitted project data.
- Calculating reported FTEs and the number of projects captured.
- Submitting data capturing reports to the Monitoring and Reporting Manager.
- Compiling databases for EPWP-compliant and non-compliant reports.
- Developing sector- and public body-specific filing systems.
- Maintaining a database of all beneficiaries captured on reporting systems.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 certificate.
- Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (advanced level preferred).
- Organizational and customer-oriented skills, with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Other:
- Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
- Possession of a Code 08 driver’s license is an added advantage.
