Job Description

As a Data Capturer, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing reported data against Compliance Assessment Reports.
• Determining compliant work opportunities.
• Verifying the ownership of submitted project data.
• Calculating reported FTEs and the number of projects captured.
• Submitting data capturing reports to the Monitoring and Reporting Manager.
• Compiling databases for EPWP-compliant and non-compliant reports.
• Developing sector- and public body-specific filing systems.
• Maintaining a database of all beneficiaries captured on reporting systems.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 certificate.
• Skills:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (advanced level preferred).
  • Organizational and customer-oriented skills, with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Other:
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
  • Possession of a Code 08 driver’s license is an added advantage.
