Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team! As a Customer Service Team Member, your role involves delivering fast and friendly service, processing orders, handling payments, and performing additional tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly smile
- Suggest items, specials, and promotions to customers
- Handle customer complaints and queries
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Use the cash register or computer to process orders correctly
- Handle different forms of payment
- Balance the cash register and monitor cash levels
- Bag, box, or wrap products
- Follow company rules and standards
- Receive, verify, and unpack new stock
- Assist customers with orders over the counter and phone
- Ensure orders are packed and labeled correctly
- Serve various drinks like coffee and sodas
- Manage phone orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of the house
