  • Use the cash register or computer to process orders correctly

  • Handle different forms of payment
  • Balance the cash register and monitor cash levels
  • Bag, box, or wrap products

  • Follow company rules and standards
  • Receive, verify, and unpack new stock
  • Assist customers with orders over the counter and phone

  • Ensure orders are packed and labeled correctly
  • Serve various drinks like coffee and sodas
  • Manage phone orders efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of the house
