Job Overview:

The Department of Roads and Transport seeks to hire 14 Cleaners for its Auxiliary Services Directorate. The position requires no prior experience but demands strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team environment.

Key Requirements:

Qualification: ABET Level or equivalent qualification.
Experience: No prior experience needed.
Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Teamwork and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with workplace procedures and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning services in offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms.
Maintain a clean kitchen, ensuring no dishes or utensils are left in the sink.
Empty, wash, and clean waste bins regularly.
Replace toilet paper, hand towels, and fresheners in restrooms.
Report broken cleaning equipment or machinery.
