🔹 Administrator

Salary: R269 499 per annum
Centre: Pretoria

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or relevant qualification
  • Knowledge of clerical duties and Public Service legislative frameworks
  • Competency in data capturing and computer usage
  • Good planning, organising, and communication skills
  • Computer literacy, confidentiality, and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Key Duties:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support
  • Maintain filing and data management systems
  • Organise meetings, events, and logistics for the Directorate
  • Prepare meeting packs and follow up on action items
  • Manage correspondence, leave plans, travel bookings, and overtime claims
  • Track deadlines and ensure smooth office operations

🔹 Administration Clerk

Reference No: CSP/11/2025
Salary: R228 321 per annum
Centre: Pretoria

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or relevant qualification
  • Clerical and administrative experience
  • Computer literacy and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Understanding of Public Service procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Duties:

  • Provide general clerical and admin support
  • Manage filing systems, registers, and documentation
  • Assist in procurement processes and maintain asset registers
  • Capture expenditure and verify claims
  • Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave registers
  • Arrange travel and logistics
  • Take minutes and perform additional ad hoc tasks

🔹Receptionist

Reference No: CSP/12/2025
Salary: R193 359 per annum
Centre: Pretoria

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Added advantage: Office/Secretarial/Public/Business Administration or Customer Service
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance, organisation, and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work long hours and under pressure

Key Duties:

  • Provide front-desk reception services
  • Answer calls and direct clients appropriately
  • Manage and maintain a clean, presentable reception area
  • Administer boardroom bookings and assist with enquiries
  • Maintain telephone directories and office equipment
