Capitec Bank is offering Bank Better Champion Learnerships and entry-level positions for motivated individuals eager to build a career in client service and banking.

As a Bank Better Champion, you will:

• Welcome clients and manage branch flow.
• Assist clients at ATMs and with remote/self-service channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service daily.

This is a hands-on learning and working opportunity designed to equip you with essential service consulting skills and a pathway to grow within the banking industry.

Note: These roles require standing throughout the day.

📋 Selection Process

1. Online assessments (up to four steps).
2. Video interview (focused on your interests and skills).
3. Background checks for shortlisted candidates.
4. Feedback provided throughout the process.
