Job Summary
FNB is looking for an energetic and customer-centric Call Centre Agent to join the dynamic FNB HSL team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients—resolving queries efficiently, providing accurate product information, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and digital platforms.
Deliver accurate product information in line with FNB standards and protocols.
Resolve customer queries promptly and within agreed turnaround times.
Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, procedures, and timelines.
Record all client interactions and feedback accurately on the CRM system.
Support service efficiency and performance in the call centre environment.
Prepare and submit reports on call activities and results to management.
Ensure compliance with all governance, audit, and legislative requirements.
Manage personal performance and contribute to team productivity goals.
Requirements
Education
- NQF Level 5 qualification – Essential
Experience
- 1–2 years in a call centre or customer service role
- Exposure to Hogan and/or CRM systems – Advantageous
