About the YES Programme
Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) invites unemployed South African youth to apply for its 2025–2026 YES (Youth Employment Services) Programme. This national initiative, run in partnership with government, aims to reduce youth unemployment by providing workplace exposure, practical skills, and industry experience in the logistics sector.
Participants complete a structured 12-month programme consisting of 25 theory and practical modules through the YES learning platform, supported by hands-on work experience at BIL facilities across the country.

Minimum Qualifications & Entry Requirements
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent
- South African citizen
- Between 18 and 34 years old
- Must meet the Employment Equity (EE) requirements of the Programme
- Must be unemployed
- Must be available to work full time for 12 months
- Must not be enrolled in studies during 2025/2026 (depending on site requirement)
- Must not have previously participated in any YES Programme
- For selected locations (Bonaero Park & Rosslyn): Valid Code 08 Drivers License required
- Strong interest in the Transport and Logistics industry
Programme Structure & Key Responsibilities
Participants will:
- Commit to a full 12-month YES Programme
- Complete 25 modules covering theoretical and practical learning
- Complete all training via the YES online platform
- Compile and submit a portfolio of evidence at programme completion
This programme aims to build employability, industry knowledge, workplace readiness, and foundational logistics skills.
