Job Purpose
Bidvest International Logistics offers an opportunity for African females with disabilities to join a learnership programme. This programme provides experience and a qualification in the Freight and Logistics industry.
The 12-month qualification is registered through the QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations). Offices are available in the Eastern Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and Western Cape.

Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent
South African citizenship
Age: 18 – 35 years
Available and committed to a full-time 12-month programme
Strong interest in the Transport and Logistics industry
Key Responsibilities
Commitment to the 12-month learnership, including both theoretical and practical training across three divisions
Completion of all modules via the BIL eLearning Platform
Submission of a portfolio of evidence upon qualification completion

Self-reliance
Determination and commitment
Accountability for managing stipend and studies
Professional conduct in corporate environments (appearance, behavior, and communication)
Basic computer literacy
