Job Purpose:
To provide effective and efficient administrative human capital operational support to client departments across a broad range of HR functions.
Application Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- A minimum of six months’ relevant working experience in administrative support services.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience with the SAP system is a strong advantage.
- Must successfully undergo a criminal record check, including fingerprinting by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost.
Personal Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage stress.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- High emotional intelligence and strong decision-making abilities.
Primary Functions:
- Conduct remuneration and benefit administration.
- Support recruitment and selection processes.
- Perform labour relations functions.
- Coordinate skills development and training.
- Assist with occupational health and safety functions.
- Conduct individual performance management.
