Salary Scale: R 254,808.00 – R 353,892.00 per annum
Estimated Remuneration Package: R 357,290.00 – R 483,405.00 per annum

Job Purpose:
To provide effective and efficient administrative human capital operational support to client departments across a broad range of HR functions.

Application Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • A minimum of six months’ relevant working experience in administrative support services.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience with the SAP system is a strong advantage.
  • Must successfully undergo a criminal record check, including fingerprinting by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost.

Personal Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage stress.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong decision-making abilities.

Primary Functions:

  • Conduct remuneration and benefit administration.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes.
  • Perform labour relations functions.
  • Coordinate skills development and training.
  • Assist with occupational health and safety functions.
  • Conduct individual performance management.
