Job Overview
The Office of the Chief Justice is seeking a highly motivated Administration Clerk (Legal) to support judicial functions at the Kimberley High Court. This entry-level role is ideal for recent matriculants with an interest in law. An LLB degree is an advantage but not required.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- No experience required
- LLB degree (advantageous)

- Analytical and creative thinking
- Familiarity with Public Service legislation, prescripts, and regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research for the Regional Court President or Chief Magistrate
- Compile legal statistics
- Support case flow management processes
- Assist the Regional Court Registrar
- Provide general administrative support to judicial leadership

- Shortlisted candidates will undergo two pre-entry assessments:
- A practical task
- An integrity assessment (Ethical Conduct)
