Administration Clerk (Ref No: VPO E4/2024)
Location: Office of Divisional Commissioner: Visible Policing and Operations, Pretoria
Salary: R216,417 per annum (Level 05)

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must:
- Demonstrate competency in the post-specific core functions.
- Possess a Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) recorded on the National Learner Record Database (NQF Level 4).
- Be fluent in at least two official languages, one of which must be English.
- Be a South African Citizen.
- Have no criminal/departmental convictions or pending cases.
- Undergo a vetting process, including security screening and fingerprint verification.
- A Degree/Diploma or relevant courses in the field will be an added advantage.
- Be willing to work under pressure and extended hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and type reports, letters, and memorandums.
- Manage the flow of documents to and from the office of the Divisional Commissioner.
- Maintain accurate records of collected documents.
- Handle the scrutiny and capture of all incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Complete and submit monthly vehicle returns.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Manage the Divisional Commissioner’s diary and host visitors.
- Arrange travel and subsistence allowances for the Divisional Commissioner.
- Administer an effective bring-forward system.
