Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administration support within the Infrastructure Programmes Sub-Directorate.
  • Manage and organize files, records, and documentation, ensuring all are up-to-date.
  • Handle telephone enquiries professionally, assisting internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team with typing tasks, document preparation, and any other assigned administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Grade 12 Certificate
  • Preferred Qualifications: Technical qualifications related to infrastructure; post-matric qualifications are advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
