Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office administration support within the Infrastructure Programmes Sub-Directorate.
- Manage and organize files, records, and documentation, ensuring all are up-to-date.
- Handle telephone enquiries professionally, assisting internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team with typing tasks, document preparation, and any other assigned administrative duties.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Grade 12 Certificate
- Preferred Qualifications: Technical qualifications related to infrastructure; post-matric qualifications are advantageous.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
