Job Overview

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development is hiring an Administration Clerk for the Family Advocate Office in Thohoyandou. This role involves providing essential administrative, financial, and personnel-related support to the component.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer general clerical support services for the Family Advocate’s office.
  • Manage and assist with financial administration within the component.
  • Maintain personnel records and handle related clerical duties.
  • Support the office with supply chain clerical services.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to work well with others.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Must be self-driven, innovative, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
