Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Service Delivery

• Facilitate seamless sales activation and conversion for new and existing customers.
• Build strong consultative relationships to enhance loyalty and business referrals.
• Ensure efficient sales fulfillment and timely reporting on sales-related queries.

Customer Experience Management

• Provide personalized service to enhance the brand experience.
• Manage daily transactional activities as per pre-set workforce plans.
• Maintain accurate records and produce insightful monthly reports.

Risk & Governance

• Comply with internal and external policies, including NCA, FICA, and FAIS legislation.
• Investigate and resolve credit and fraud-related referrals or escalate as necessary.

Education & Qualifications

• Required: Diploma in Finance.
• Preferred: Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification.
